Enjoying my Retirement?

And suddenly it was 2023. Shop gone, work gone so I am supposed to enjoy my retirement. Well, no, or as the Scots saying goes: Aye Right.

Husband's supposed to retire in a week. Where this all will lead to I don't know. What I do know is that I want to give writing another stab - a serious one this time. So what have I done but to apply for the Masters in Creative Writing at the OU?

Partly this came along after the reading session we with Kinwriters did at the University for the 3rd Age. I was genuinly excited to get on the podium and read from an anthology that had one of my stories published.

So that's it. One of the things I hope to be more serious in is to publish my ramblings in this blog. I would like to use it to reflect on my thoughts and practice some writing. And of course show off my photographs: in this case a view from Garmoran Square, Mingarry.
